Invenova Canada is a Mexican company domiciled at Suite 202, 1150 Morrison Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, K2H 8S9.


Compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its regulations is one of our main concerns, so the information of our customers, suppliers, employees, and third parties with whom Invenova Canada maintains commercial relations or of any other nature is treated strictly confidentially.

Personal Data and How We Collect

Invenova Canada may collect the personal data of the owners of the data either of our clients or potential clients, suppliers, applicants to employees, or third parties with whom Invenova Canada maintains relations of any kind and that are necessary for the development of its business activity. The data may be collected directly from the owner of the data by any means either through the web, email, postal mail, fax, telephone, or any other means. Such personal data may include the following: full name, image, and contact details such as an address, telephone, fax number, cell phone, and email.

Likewise, if Invenova Canada collects personal financial data such as income and other related, RFC or patrimonial data such as material goods as well as sensitive data, it will obtain the express consent of its owner.


Primary purposes

Invenova Canada will process the personal data of the owner of the data to carry out the activities and procedures focused on the fulfillment of its commercial obligations with its customers and suppliers such as billing, payment, collection, delivery, and supply of products and services, as well as for compliance with legal requirements.


In the case of applicants to employees, the data of the owner will be processed to carry out the process of recruitment, selection, and, where appropriate, hiring of the employee.

Likewise, if Invenova Canada collects personal financial data such as income and other related, RFC or patrimonial data such as material goods as well as sensitive data, it will obtain the express consent of its owner.

Secondary purposes

Likewise, Invenova Canada will process personal data for other purposes such as communicating offers, notices, and promotional messages; communications for marketing purposes, advertising about products or services, performing statistical and market analysis, keeping our records updated to respond to your queries, inviting you to events, monitoring our commercial relationship, as well as maintaining communication in general.


You may object to the processing of your data for secondary purposes at any time through the means we have made available to you for the exercise of your rights.


The owner of the data will have a period of 5 (five) days so that,  if applicable, he expresses his refusal to process his data for secondary purposes.


To prevent unauthorized access to your data and to ensure that the information is used for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, we have established physical, electronic, and administrative procedures, using advanced technologies that limit the use or disclosure of your data, allowing us to treat them properly.

Data Collection When Browsing Our Websites

Invenova Canada may collect data through its websites or using automatic data capture tools. These tools allow you to collect information that your browser sends to these websites, such as the type of browser you use, the user language, access times, and the IP address of websites you used to access Invenova Canada sites.


Among the automatic data capture tools used by Invenova Canada on its website are cookies, Web beacons, and links in emails.


Use of cookies. - The proper functioning of the Invenova Canada site requires the enabling of "cookies" in your Internet browser. "Cookies" are small data files transferred by the website to your computer's hard drive when you browse the site. Use of third-party web beacons. -  Also known as Internet tags, pixel tags, and clear GIFs). Invenova Canada may use Web beacons on its websites and in its HTML-formatted emails, alone or in combination with cookies, to collect information about the use of websites and your interaction with an email. The Web beacon is an electronic image, called a single pixel (1x1) or GIF that can recognize information that is processed on your computer, such as the case of cookies, the time and date on which the site and its sections are viewed.

Request for access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition of personal data and revocation of consent. 

All your personal data are treated in accordance with the applicable legislation in force in the country, and you have at all times the right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the treatment we give to your personal data, as well as to revoke the consent granted for the treatment thereof,  right that may be asserted by contacting the Responsible for Personal Data in contacto@invenova.


You must specify how you wish to receive the information and, if you do not have this specification on your part, Invenova Canada will establish the channel it deems appropriate to send you information.


The obligation of access to information will be considered fulfilled when Invenova Canada makes personal data available to the owner by issuing simple copies, magnetic, optical, sound, visual or holographic media.


For your own benefit and protection, we may ask you for documentation attesting to the corrections to the data you wish to access, rectify, or cancel or those you wish to object. Likewise, we inform you that Invenova Canada may not be able to cancel or block all your personal data in accordance with the laws applicable to it. Finally, we inform you that the exercise of your rights is free, with the understanding that Invenova Canada may request payment only of the justified shipping costs or reproduction costs of the information you request.


This Privacy Notice may be modified from time to time by Invenova Canada. These modifications will be informed to you in due course through our website (www. or any other means of oral, printed, or electronic communication that Invenova Canada determines for this purpose.


On the other hand, the company assumes that all personal data that you may have provided us in your relationship with INVENOVA CANADA are true, complete, and accurate, so it is your responsibility to communicate to the company any modification to them.


In accordance with the provisions of articles 8, 9, 13 and 36 of the Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, (a) I acknowledge that I have read and understand the scope of the Privacy Notice of Invenova Canada; (b) I authorize Invenova Canada to collect and process my personal data for the purposes established in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Notice, as it may be modified from time to time, and the applicable legal provisions.
